DC Ranch is a residential community in Scottsdale, Arizona that is very safe, as it is also a gate-guarded community. It was established in 1993 and has been a site of good living and security ever since. You can find DC Ranch in the base of the McDowell Mountains. It is about 20 minutes away from the downtown area and neighbor the very affluent Silverleaf residential neighborhood. DC Ranch real estate and homes are ideally placed. One of the first things you will notice about the DC Ranch subdivision is that it is constructed with a view towards preserving the natural environment and green-friendly amenities. Literally green-friendly-everywhere you look there is grass, trees and natural desert vegetation. Most communities are designed for business and vegetation is planted; however, DC Ranch is actually designed according to the land and with a view towards the natural outdoor beauty.

One of the unique features of the DC Ranch area is that it has its own community park. There are also a variety events held at DC Ranch. Homeowners and their guests can play golf, get on the basketball courts, play some tennis, or enjoy a swim in a pool, at one of two community centers. DC Ranch also has exercise rooms and a fantastic walking trail that spreads over 33 miles of natural scenery.

DC Ranch real estate is all about luxury-the indoor and outdoor experiences that make life worthwhile. This is a safe and beautiful community that will leave you comforted and at ease with nature.
